Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup finely chopped red bell pepper
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped green bell pepper
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped yellow bell pepper
  • 2 tablespoons minced garlic
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 4 large flour tortillas

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix the softened cream cheese, chopped bell peppers, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper until well combined.
  2. Spread the mixture evenly over each flour tortilla.
  3. Roll up the tortillas tightly and wrap them in plastic wrap.
  4. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour to firm up.
  5. Slice into 1-inch pieces before serving.

Notes
