Instructions

- Add ricotta cheese, honey, and vanilla extract to the mixture; whisk until smooth and creamy.

- Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight to allow the chia seeds to fully absorb the liquid.
- Before serving, top with pomegranate seeds and crushed nuts for a festive touch.
