Description

A festive cheese ball shaped like a wreath, infused with taco flavors for a holiday twist.


Ingredients

  • 2 packages (8 ounces each) cream cheese, softened
  • 1 packet (1 ounce) taco seasoning mix
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup chopped green onions
  • 1/2 cup chopped red bell pepper
  • 1/2 cup chopped fresh cilantro
  • 1 cup crushed tortilla chips for coating

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, mix the softened cream cheese and taco seasoning until well combined.
  2. Stir in the shredded cheddar cheese, green onions, red bell pepper, and cilantro.
  3. Shape the mixture into a ball and then form it into a wreath shape on a serving platter.
  4. Press the crushed tortilla chips onto the surface of the wreath for coating.
  5. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.
  6. Serve with tortilla chips or crackers.

Notes

For a spicier version, add diced jalapeΓ±os to the mixture. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
