- 2 packages (8 ounces each) cream cheese, softened
- 1 packet (1 ounce) taco seasoning mix
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup chopped green onions
- 1/2 cup chopped red bell pepper
- 1/2 cup chopped fresh cilantro
- 1 cup crushed tortilla chips for coating
Instructions
- In a large bowl, mix the softened cream cheese and taco seasoning until well combined.
- Stir in the shredded cheddar cheese, green onions, red bell pepper, and cilantro.
- Shape the mixture into a ball and then form it into a wreath shape on a serving platter.
- Press the crushed tortilla chips onto the surface of the wreath for coating.
- Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.
- Serve with tortilla chips or crackers.
Notes
For a spicier version, add diced jalapeΓ±os to the mixture. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
