- 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 16 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

- Sprinkles for decoration
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 325ยฐF (165ยฐC) and line a muffin tin with paper liners.
- In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, granulated sugar, and melted butter until combined; press into the bottom of each liner.
- In another bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth; add powdered sugar and vanilla extract, mixing well.
- Add green food coloring to the cream cheese mixture until desired color is achieved.
- Spoon the mixture over the crust in the liners and smooth the tops.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until set; let cool completely.
- Decorate with sprinkles to resemble Christmas trees; refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.
Notes
For a more festive touch, use tree-shaped liners and add edible glitter.
