Description

Delightful mini cheesecakes shaped like Christmas trees, perfect for holiday parties, featuring a creamy filling with a festive green topping.


Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 16 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Green food coloring, as needed
  • Sprinkles for decoration

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 325ยฐF (165ยฐC) and line a muffin tin with paper liners.
  2. In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, granulated sugar, and melted butter until combined; press into the bottom of each liner.
  3. In another bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth; add powdered sugar and vanilla extract, mixing well.
  4. Add green food coloring to the cream cheese mixture until desired color is achieved.
  5. Spoon the mixture over the crust in the liners and smooth the tops.
  6. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until set; let cool completely.
  7. Decorate with sprinkles to resemble Christmas trees; refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.

Notes

For a more festive touch, use tree-shaped liners and add edible glitter.
