For the Crust:
- 1 lb lean ground beef
- 1 small yellow onion, diced
- 1 (10.5 oz) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
- 1 (10.5 oz) can condensed cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup frozen corn
- 1 cup frozen green beans
- 1 (32 oz) bag frozen tater tots
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.
- In a large skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef with the diced onion until the beef is cooked through and the onion is soft. Drain any excess grease.
- Stir in the cream of mushroom soup, cream of chicken soup, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper until well combined. Fold in the frozen corn and green beans.
- Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish and spread it into an even layer.
- Arrange the frozen tater tots in a single layer over the beef mixture.
- Bake uncovered for 30 minutes. Sprinkle the shredded cheese evenly over the top and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and the tater tots are golden brown.
