- 1 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1 large egg
- For coating: 1/2 cup cinnamon sugar
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350Β°F (175Β°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
- In another bowl, whisk together flour, cinnamon, baking powder, and salt.
- Add butter and egg to the cream cheese mixture and mix well.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture and stir until combined.
- Scoop dough into balls and roll in cinnamon sugar.
- Place on baking sheet and bake for 12-15 minutes until golden.
- Cool on a wire rack before serving.
