Description

Delicious churro-flavored bombs filled with creamy cheese, perfect for a sweet treat.


Ingredients

  • 1 can refrigerated crescent roll dough
  • 4 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar for coating
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon for coating

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350Β°F (175Β°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, mix softened cream cheese with 1/4 cup sugar and 1 teaspoon cinnamon until smooth.
  3. Unroll the crescent dough and separate into triangles.
  4. Place a spoonful of the cream cheese mixture at the wide end of each triangle and roll up.
  5. Brush the rolled bombs with melted butter.
  6. In a separate bowl, mix 1/2 cup sugar and 1 teaspoon cinnamon for coating.
  7. Roll the buttered bombs in the cinnamon-sugar mixture and place on the baking sheet.
  8. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
  9. Let cool slightly before serving.

Notes

These are best enjoyed warm and fresh. Store leftovers in an airtight container.
