- 1 can refrigerated crescent roll dough
- 4 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar for coating
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon for coating
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350Β°F (175Β°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, mix softened cream cheese with 1/4 cup sugar and 1 teaspoon cinnamon until smooth.
- Unroll the crescent dough and separate into triangles.
- Place a spoonful of the cream cheese mixture at the wide end of each triangle and roll up.
- Brush the rolled bombs with melted butter.
- In a separate bowl, mix 1/2 cup sugar and 1 teaspoon cinnamon for coating.
- Roll the buttered bombs in the cinnamon-sugar mixture and place on the baking sheet.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
