- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350Β°F (175Β°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon.
- In a large bowl, beat butter, cream cheese, and sugar until creamy.
- Add egg and vanilla extract; mix well.
- Gradually add dry ingredients to wet ingredients and stir until combined.
- Drop spoonfuls of dough onto the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes or until edges are golden.
- Allow cookies to cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
Notes
Store in an airtight container for up to 3 days. For a stronger cinnamon flavor, add an extra 1/2 teaspoon.
