Instructions

- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.

- For the buttercream: In a large bowl, beat the butter until creamy, then gradually add powdered sugar, coffee, and vanilla extract, beating until smooth.
- Frost the cooled cupcakes with the coffee buttercream.
