Description

A homemade version of the classic McDonald’s breakfast sandwich featuring steak, egg, and cheese on a bagel.


Ingredients

  • 1 plain bagel
  • 2 large eggs
  • 4 ounces steak strips
  • 1 slice American cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon butter

Instructions

  1. Toast the bagel until golden brown.
  2. Cook the steak strips in a skillet over medium heat until browned.
  3. In the same skillet, fry the eggs sunny-side up.
  4. Assemble the sandwich by placing the cheese on the bottom half of the bagel, then adding the steak and eggs, and topping with the other half.

Notes

For a crispier bagel, toast it longer. Use pre-cooked steak for faster preparation.
