A homemade version of the classic McDonald’s breakfast sandwich featuring steak, egg, and cheese on a bagel.
Ingredients

- 1 plain bagel
- 2 large eggs
- 4 ounces steak strips
- 1 slice American cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon butter
Instructions
- Toast the bagel until golden brown.
- Cook the steak strips in a skillet over medium heat until browned.
- In the same skillet, fry the eggs sunny-side up.
- Assemble the sandwich by placing the cheese on the bottom half of the bagel, then adding the steak and eggs, and topping with the other half.
Notes
For a crispier bagel, toast it longer. Use pre-cooked steak for faster preparation.
