A refreshing pasta salad featuring sweet corn, crispy bacon, and a creamy pesto dressing for a delightful summer meal.
Ingredients

- 8 oz pasta
 - 1 cup corn kernels
 - 4 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
 - 1 bell pepper, diced
 - 1/2 cup basil pesto
 - 1/4 cup heavy cream
 - Salt and pepper to taste
 
Instructions
- Cook the pasta according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
 - In a skillet, cook bacon until crispy; remove and crumble.
 - In a large bowl, combine cooked pasta, corn, bell pepper, and bacon.
 - In a separate bowl, mix pesto and cream to make the dressing.
 - Pour dressing over the salad and toss to combine; season with salt and pepper.
 - Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
 
Notes
For a vegetarian version, omit bacon and add grilled mushrooms.
