Delicious sliders featuring steak slathered in flavorful cowboy butter, perfect for a mouth-watering meal.


Ingredients

  • 2 lbs flank steak
  • 1/2 cup butter, softened
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 12 slider buns
  • 1 cup arugula
  • 1 red onion, sliced

Instructions

  1. Season the steak with salt and pepper.
  2. Grill the steak over medium-high heat for 4-5 minutes per side.
  3. In a bowl, mix butter, garlic, smoked paprika, and cayenne.
  4. Spread the butter mixture on the grilled steak and let rest for 5 minutes.
  5. Slice the steak thinly and assemble on slider buns with arugula and onion.
