Ingredients

- 2 lbs flank steak
- 1/2 cup butter, softened
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 12 slider buns
- 1 cup arugula
- 1 red onion, sliced
Instructions
- Season the steak with salt and pepper.
- Grill the steak over medium-high heat for 4-5 minutes per side.
- In a bowl, mix butter, garlic, smoked paprika, and cayenne.
- Spread the butter mixture on the grilled steak and let rest for 5 minutes.
- Slice the steak thinly and assemble on slider buns with arugula and onion.
Notes
