Delicious steak sliders with a flavorful cowboy butter sauce that adds a zesty kick.
Ingredients

- 2 lbs flank steak
- 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 12 slider buns
- 1 cup arugula
- 1 red onion, sliced
Instructions
- Preheat grill to high heat.
- In a bowl, mix softened butter, garlic, parsley, smoked paprika, cayenne, salt, and pepper to make cowboy butter.
- Season the flank steak with salt and pepper, then grill for 4-5 minutes per side for medium-rare.
- Let the steak rest for 5 minutes, then slice thinly.
- Spread cowboy butter on the slider buns, add steak slices, arugula, and red onion.
- Assemble sliders and serve immediately.
Notes
For a spicier version, increase the cayenne pepper. Pair with a cold beer.
