- 2 cups granulated sugar
- 1 cup apple cider vinegar
- 1/2 teaspoon turmeric
- 1/2 teaspoon celery seed
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
Instructions
- Slice the jalapeΓ±o peppers and set aside.
- In a saucepan, combine sugar, vinegar, turmeric, celery seed, and cayenne pepper; bring to a boil.
- Add the sliced peppers to the boiling mixture and simmer for 5 minutes.
- Remove from heat and let cool, then transfer to jars and refrigerate.
