- 4 large bell peppers, tops removed and seeded
- 1 cup cooked crab meat, flaked
- 1 cup cooked shrimp, chopped
- 1/2 cup onion, finely chopped
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375Β°F (190Β°C).
- In a large bowl, combine crab meat, shrimp, onion, breadcrumbs, mayonnaise, garlic, paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
- Stuff the mixture into the hollowed bell peppers.
- Place the stuffed peppers in a baking dish and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until peppers are tender and topping is golden.
- Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
