- 1 teaspoon garlic powder

- 1 teaspoon paprika

- 1 cup buttermilk
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- Cooking spray
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400Β°F (200Β°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a shallow bowl, mix flour, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
- Dip each chicken tender in buttermilk, then coat in the flour mixture, and finally roll in breadcrumbs.
- Place the coated tenders on the baking sheet and spray lightly with cooking spray.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden and cooked through.
- Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
Notes
