  • 2 sheets puff pastry, thawed
  • 8 ounces brie cheese, cut into small cubes
  • 1/2 cup cranberry sauce
  • 1/4 cup orange marmalade
  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans or walnuts
  • 1 tablespoon fresh orange zest
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Roll out the puff pastry sheets and cut them into 2-inch squares.
  3. Place a cube of brie cheese in the center of each square.
  4. Top each with a teaspoon of cranberry sauce and orange marmalade.
