Description

Delicious mini tartlets featuring creamy brie cheese, tart cranberries, and a festive pistachio dust, perfect for holiday gatherings.


Ingredients

  • 1 sheet puff pastry, thawed
  • 8 ounces brie cheese, cubed
  • 1 cup fresh cranberries
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1/2 cup pistachios, finely chopped
  • 1 egg, beaten for egg wash
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375Β°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a saucepan, combine cranberries, sugar, and water. Cook over medium heat until cranberries burst and mixture thickens, about 10 minutes.
  3. Roll out puff pastry and cut into small circles using a cookie cutter.
  4. Place a cube of brie in the center of each pastry circle and top with cranberry sauce.
  5. Fold the edges of the pastry to form a wreath shape and brush with egg wash.
  6. Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
  7. Sprinkle with pistachio dust before serving.

Notes

For a vegan version, substitute brie with a plant-based alternative. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 2 days.
