An elegant and easy appetizer featuring flaky puff pastry, creamy brie, and sweet-tart cranberry sauce.

For the Crust:
- 1 sheet frozen puff pastry, thawed
- 8 oz wheel of brie cheese
- 1/2 cup whole berry cranberry sauce
- 1 tbsp fresh thyme leaves
- 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)
- 2 tbsp honey for drizzling
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Unfold the puff pastry sheet and cut it into 24 equal squares. Place squares on the prepared baking sheet.
- Slice the brie into small pieces, about 1/2-inch cubes. Place a piece of brie in the center of each pastry square.
- Top each piece of brie with about 1 teaspoon of cranberry sauce. Brush the edges of the pastry with the egg wash.
- Bake for 15-18 minutes, or until the pastry is puffed and golden brown. Remove from oven, drizzle with honey, and sprinkle with fresh thyme before serving.
