- 1 sheet pre-made puff pastry, thawed
- 4 oz brie cheese, cubed
- 1/2 cup fresh cranberries
- 4 oz pancetta, chopped
- 1 tbsp fresh thyme leaves
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Roll out the puff pastry on the prepared baking sheet to about 1/8-inch thickness.
- Evenly distribute the cubed brie on top of the pastry, leaving a 1-inch border.
- Sprinkle the fresh cranberries and chopped pancetta over the brie.
- Season with salt, pepper, and fresh thyme leaves.
- Fold the edges of the pastry inward to create a border.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the pastry is golden brown and the pancetta is crispy.
- Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before slicing and serving.
Notes
Serve warm as an appetizer. For best results, use fresh cranberries if available; frozen can be substituted but thawed first.
