- 1 sheet puff pastry
- 200g brie cheese, sliced
- 1 cup fresh cranberries
- 2 tablespoons fresh thyme leaves
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 egg, beaten for egg wash
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400ยฐF (200ยฐC) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Roll out the puff pastry sheet on a lightly floured surface.
- Spread the brie slices evenly over the pastry, then sprinkle with cranberries, thyme, honey, salt, and pepper.
- Fold the pastry in half and press gently, then cut into 1-inch strips.
- Twist each strip and place on the baking sheet.
- Brush with egg wash and bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
- Allow to cool slightly before serving.
Notes
For a sweeter version, add more honey or serve with a dipping sauce.
