For the Crust:
- 1 pre-made pizza crust (12-inch)
- 1/2 cup cranberry sauce
- 1 cup cooked chicken breast, shredded
- 6 oz brie cheese, rind removed and cubed
- 1/4 cup red onion, thinly sliced
- 1 tbsp fresh thyme leaves
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and black pepper to taste
Instructions
1. Prepare the Crust:
- Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Place the pizza crust on a baking sheet.
- Brush the crust lightly with olive oil. Spread the cranberry sauce evenly over the crust, leaving a small border.
- Top with the shredded chicken, cubed brie, and red onion slices. Season with a pinch of salt and black pepper.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the crust is golden and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Remove from the oven, sprinkle with fresh thyme, let cool for 2 minutes, then slice and serve.
