A sweet and savory pizza topped with tender chicken, creamy brie, and tart cranberry sauce on a crispy crust.

For the Crust:

  • 1 pre-made pizza crust (12-inch)
  • 1/2 cup cranberry sauce
  • 1 cup cooked chicken breast, shredded
  • 6 oz brie cheese, rind removed and cubed
  • 1/4 cup red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 tbsp fresh thyme leaves
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and black pepper to taste

Instructions

1. Prepare the Crust:

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Place the pizza crust on a baking sheet.
  2. Brush the crust lightly with olive oil. Spread the cranberry sauce evenly over the crust, leaving a small border.
  3. Top with the shredded chicken, cubed brie, and red onion slices. Season with a pinch of salt and black pepper.
  4. Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the crust is golden and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  5. Remove from the oven, sprinkle with fresh thyme, let cool for 2 minutes, then slice and serve.
