Instructions

- In a large bowl, beat the egg whites with an electric mixer until soft peaks form.
- Gradually add the sugar, one tablespoon at a time, beating until the mixture is glossy and stiff peaks form.
- Gently fold in the vanilla extract and cornstarch.
- Spoon the meringue onto the prepared baking sheet, shaping it into a wreath circle about 10 inches in diameter.
- Bake for 1 hour, then turn off the oven and let the pavlova cool inside for another hour.
- Once cooled, top with fresh cranberries, orange segments, and garnish with rosemary sprigs before serving.
