Description

A festive cheese ball made with cream cheese, dried cranberries, and pecans, perfect for holiday gatherings.


Ingredients

  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup dried cranberries
  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, mix the softened cream cheese and shredded cheddar cheese until well combined.
  2. Stir in the dried cranberries, chopped pecans, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Shape the mixture into a ball and wrap it in plastic wrap.
  4. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour to firm up.
  5. Before serving, roll the cheese ball in additional chopped pecans and cranberries for coating.

Notes

This cheese ball can be made ahead and stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Serve with crackers or vegetables.
