- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup dried cranberries
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a large bowl, mix the softened cream cheese and shredded cheddar cheese until well combined.
- Stir in the dried cranberries, chopped pecans, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Shape the mixture into a ball and wrap it in plastic wrap.
- Refrigerate for at least 1 hour to firm up.
- Before serving, roll the cheese ball in additional chopped pecans and cranberries for coating.
Notes
This cheese ball can be made ahead and stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Serve with crackers or vegetables.
