- 1/2 cup dried cranberries, chopped
- 1/2 cup pecans, chopped
- 1/4 cup green onions, sliced
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 cup pecans, finely chopped (for coating)
Instructions
- In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth.
- Stir in the dried cranberries, chopped pecans, green onions, and garlic powder until well combined.
- Form the mixture into a ball and wrap in plastic wrap. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour.
- Before serving, roll the cheese ball in the finely chopped pecans to coat.
- Serve with crackers or vegetables.
