  • 1/4 cup green onions, sliced
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 cup pecans, finely chopped (for coating)

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth.
  2. Stir in the dried cranberries, chopped pecans, green onions, and garlic powder until well combined.
  3. Form the mixture into a ball and wrap in plastic wrap. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour.
  4. Before serving, roll the cheese ball in the finely chopped pecans to coat.
  5. Serve with crackers or vegetables.
