Description

Ingredients

  • 2 cups fresh cranberries
  • 1 cup chopped pecans
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 cups whipped topping
  • Optional: Graham cracker crumbs for topping

Instructions

  1. In a food processor, pulse the cranberries until coarsely chopped.
  2. In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth.
  3. Add powdered sugar and vanilla extract to the cream cheese and mix well.
  4. Fold in the chopped cranberries, pecans, and whipped topping until combined.
