Description

A festive holiday appetizer made with cream cheese, dried cranberries, and pecans, rolled into pinwheels.


Ingredients

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup dried cranberries
  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix the softened cream cheese with dried cranberries and chopped pecans until well combined.
  2. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  3. Spread the mixture evenly over each flour tortilla.
  4. Roll up the tortillas tightly and wrap in plastic wrap.
  5. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour to firm up.
