- 4 large flour tortillas
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix the softened cream cheese with dried cranberries and chopped pecans until well combined.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Spread the mixture evenly over each flour tortilla.
- Roll up the tortillas tightly and wrap in plastic wrap.
- Refrigerate for at least 1 hour to firm up.
- Slice into 1-inch pinwheels and serve.
