Description

These tartlets feature creamy brie cheese topped with sweet cranberries, crunchy pistachios, and a drizzle of honey caramel, perfect for holiday appetizers.


Ingredients

  • 1 sheet puff pastry, thawed
  • 8 oz brie cheese, cut into cubes
  • 1/2 cup dried cranberries
  • 1/2 cup pistachios, chopped
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • Ingredients for honey caramel: 1/4 cup honey, 2 tbsp brown sugar, 1 tbsp water

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375Β°F (190Β°C).
  2. Roll out puff pastry and cut into tartlet shapes using a cookie cutter.
  3. Place pastry circles into a mini muffin tin.
  4. Add brie cubes to each tartlet.
  5. Top with cranberries and pistachios.
  6. Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden.
  7. Instructions for honey caramel: In a saucepan, combine honey, brown sugar, and water. Cook over medium heat until caramelized, then drizzle over tartlets.

Notes
