- 8 oz brie cheese, cut into cubes
- 1/2 cup dried cranberries
- 1/2 cup pistachios, chopped
- 1/4 cup honey
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1/4 tsp salt
- Ingredients for honey caramel: 1/4 cup honey, 2 tbsp brown sugar, 1 tbsp water
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375Β°F (190Β°C).
- Roll out puff pastry and cut into tartlet shapes using a cookie cutter.
- Place pastry circles into a mini muffin tin.
- Add brie cubes to each tartlet.
- Top with cranberries and pistachios.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden.
- Instructions for honey caramel: In a saucepan, combine honey, brown sugar, and water. Cook over medium heat until caramelized, then drizzle over tartlets.
