Cranberry Turkey Stuffing Balls

Description

A festive twist on traditional stuffing, these balls combine turkey and cranberries for a delicious side dish.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups of dried bread cubes
  • 1 cup of chopped cooked turkey
  • 1/2 cup of dried cranberries
  • 1/2 cup of chopped onion
  • 1/4 cup of butter
  • 1 teaspoon of poultry seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 egg, beaten

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine bread cubes, turkey, cranberries, and onion.
  3. In a saucepan, melt butter and stir in poultry seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  4. Pour butter mixture over bread mixture and toss to coat.
  5. Stir in beaten egg.
  6. Shape mixture into 1-inch balls and place on a baking sheet.
  7. Bake for 20 minutes or until golden brown.

These can be made ahead and reheated.
