A festive twist on traditional stuffing, these balls combine turkey and cranberries for a delicious side dish.
Ingredients

- 2 cups of dried bread cubes
- 1 cup of chopped cooked turkey
- 1/2 cup of dried cranberries
- 1/2 cup of chopped onion
- 1/4 cup of butter
- 1 teaspoon of poultry seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 egg, beaten
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
- In a large bowl, combine bread cubes, turkey, cranberries, and onion.
- In a saucepan, melt butter and stir in poultry seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Pour butter mixture over bread mixture and toss to coat.
- Stir in beaten egg.
- Shape mixture into 1-inch balls and place on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 20 minutes or until golden brown.
