Description

These baked brie rolls feature a delicious combination of creamy brie cheese, tart cranberries, and crunchy walnuts, perfect for holiday appetizers or parties.


Ingredients

  • 1 sheet puff pastry, thawed
  • 8 ounces brie cheese, rind removed and cut into slices
  • 1/2 cup dried cranberries
  • 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
  • 1 egg, beaten for egg wash
  • 1 tablespoon honey (optional, for drizzling)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375Β°F (190Β°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Roll out the puff pastry on a lightly floured surface and cut into 6-8 squares.
  3. Place a slice of brie in the center of each square, then top with a sprinkle of cranberries and walnuts.
  4. Fold the corners of the pastry over the filling and pinch to seal, forming a roll.
  5. Brush the tops with beaten egg and bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
  6. Remove from oven, let cool slightly, and drizzle with honey if desired before serving.
