Instructions
- In a large bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth.
- Gradually add powdered sugar, mixing until well combined.
- Stir in the melted chocolate chips and vanilla extract until fully incorporated.
- Chill the mixture in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour.
- Roll the mixture into 1-inch balls and coat each in cocoa powder.
- Place on a parchment-lined tray and refrigerate until set.
