Description

A refreshing and creamy dip made with ripe avocados, perfect for parties or snacks.


Ingredients

  • 2 ripe avocados
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup diced red onion
  • 1 jalapeΓ±o, seeded and minced
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh cilantro for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cut the avocados in half and remove the pits.
  2. Scoop out the flesh into a bowl.
  3. Mash the avocado with a fork until smooth.
  4. Add Greek yogurt, diced tomatoes, red onion, jalapeΓ±o, and lime juice to the bowl.
  5. Mix well and season with salt and pepper.
  6. Spoon the mixture back into the avocado skins.
  7. Garnish with fresh cilantro and serve immediately.

Notes

For a spicier version, leave the seeds in the jalapeΓ±o.
