Ingredients

  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 4 ripe bananas, mashed
  • 24 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 cup sour cream

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 325Β°F (163Β°C) and grease a 9-inch springform pan.
  2. Mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter; press into the bottom of the pan to form the crust.
  3. In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
  4. Add mashed bananas and vanilla extract; mix well.
  5. Beat in eggs one at a time, then stir in sour cream.
  6. Pour the batter over the crust and bake for 60-70 minutes, or until set.
  7. Cool in the oven with the door ajar, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.

Notes

For a smoother texture, ensure bananas are fully ripe and cream cheese is at room temperature.
