Ingredients

- 2 cups fresh broccoli florets
- 1 pound cooked chicken breast, shredded
- 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 cup crushed crackers for topping
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350Β°F (175Β°C).
- In a large bowl, mix together the shredded chicken, broccoli florets, cream of chicken soup, shredded cheddar cheese, sour cream, milk, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until well combined.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
- Sprinkle the crushed crackers evenly over the top of the casserole.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, or until the casserole is bubbly and the top is golden brown.
- Let it cool for 5 minutes before serving.
Notes
This recipe is perfect for using leftover chicken and is a hit with kids. Make sure to use fresh broccoli for the best texture.
