A delicious creamy casserole featuring broccoli and chicken, accidentally created and loved by many.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups fresh broccoli florets
  • 1 pound cooked chicken breast, shredded
  • 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup crushed crackers for topping

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350Β°F (175Β°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix together the shredded chicken, broccoli florets, cream of chicken soup, shredded cheddar cheese, sour cream, milk, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  3. Transfer the mixture to a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
  4. Sprinkle the crushed crackers evenly over the top of the casserole.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, or until the casserole is bubbly and the top is golden brown.
  6. Let it cool for 5 minutes before serving.
