Description

Ingredients

  • 1 lb steak, cut into bites
  • 2 cups cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 package tortellini
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 cups shredded cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400Β°F and roast tomatoes for 15 minutes.
  2. Cook tortellini according to package instructions.
  3. In a skillet, sear steak bites in olive oil until browned.
  4. Add heavy cream and cheese to the skillet, stirring until creamy.
  5. Combine roasted tomatoes and tortellini with the steak mixture.
  6. Season with salt and pepper, and serve hot.

Notes
