  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup burrata cheese, torn
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 lemon, juiced and zested
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh basil for garnish

Instructions

  1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and cook spaghetti according to package instructions until al dente; drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper, then cook for 6-7 minutes per side until fully cooked. Remove from skillet and slice.
  3. In the same skillet, add minced garlic and cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
  4. Stir in the torn burrata cheese, lemon juice, and zest, stirring until the cheese melts into a creamy sauce.
  5. Add the cooked spaghetti and sliced chicken to the sauce, tossing to coat evenly. Cook for an additional 2 minutes.
  6. Serve immediately, garnished with fresh basil.
