- 500g chicken breast, sliced
- 200g bacon, chopped
- 1 cup mushrooms, sliced
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 2 tablespoons flour
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 cups cooked rice
Instructions
- Cook the bacon in a large skillet until crispy; remove and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add chicken and cook until browned.
- Add onion, garlic, and mushrooms; sautΓ© until softened.
- Stir in flour and cook for 1 minute.
- Pour in chicken broth and bring to a simmer.
- Reduce heat and stir in sour cream until the sauce is creamy.
- Add the crispy bacon back in and mix well.
- Serve the stroganoff over cooked rice.
