- 9 oz cheese tortellini
- 1 lb chicken breast, cubed
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Cook tortellini according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add cubed chicken and cook until browned and cooked through.
- Add minced garlic to the skillet and sauté for 1 minute.
- Pour in heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Stir in grated Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth.
- Add the cooked tortellini to the sauce, tossing to coat evenly. Season with salt and pepper.
- Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot.
Notes
For a lighter version, substitute heavy cream with half-and-half.
