Description

A creamy, comforting pasta dish featuring tortellini, tender chicken, and rich Alfredo sauce.


Ingredients

  • 9 oz cheese tortellini
  • 1 lb chicken breast, cubed
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook tortellini according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
  2. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add cubed chicken and cook until browned and cooked through.
  3. Add minced garlic to the skillet and sauté for 1 minute.
  4. Pour in heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Stir in grated Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth.
  5. Add the cooked tortellini to the sauce, tossing to coat evenly. Season with salt and pepper.
  6. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot.

Notes

For a lighter version, substitute heavy cream with half-and-half.
