  • 2 boneless chicken breasts (about 1 pound)
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add chopped onion and garlic, sautΓ© until softened, about 3-4 minutes.
