Ingredients

  • 8 ounces elbow macaroni
  • 4 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup diced celery
  • 1/4 cup diced red onion
  • 2 tablespoons mustard
  • 1 teaspoon hot sauce
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the macaroni according to package instructions; drain and rinse under cold water.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the cooked macaroni, chopped eggs, celery, and red onion.
  3. In a separate bowl, mix mayonnaise, mustard, hot sauce, salt, and pepper.
