Delicious chicken bites in a creamy garlic butter sauce, served with parmesan spaghetti for a comforting meal.

- 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1-inch bites
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 8 oz spaghetti
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Season the chicken bites with salt and pepper.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat and cook chicken until golden and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes. Remove from skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, melt butter and add minced garlic, cooking until fragrant, about 1 minute.
- Pour in heavy cream and stir in Parmesan cheese and Italian seasoning. Simmer until the sauce thickens, about 3-4 minutes.
- Add the cooked chicken back to the skillet and toss to coat in the sauce.
- Meanwhile, cook spaghetti according to package instructions; drain and add to the skillet with the chicken mixture.
- Toss everything together and garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
Notes
For a spicier version, add red pepper flakes to the sauce. This dish pairs well with garlic bread.
