Description

Delicious chicken bites in a creamy garlic butter sauce, served with parmesan spaghetti for a comforting meal.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1-inch bites
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 8 oz spaghetti
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Season the chicken bites with salt and pepper.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat and cook chicken until golden and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes. Remove from skillet and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, melt butter and add minced garlic, cooking until fragrant, about 1 minute.
  4. Pour in heavy cream and stir in Parmesan cheese and Italian seasoning. Simmer until the sauce thickens, about 3-4 minutes.
  5. Add the cooked chicken back to the skillet and toss to coat in the sauce.
  6. Meanwhile, cook spaghetti according to package instructions; drain and add to the skillet with the chicken mixture.
  7. Toss everything together and garnish with fresh parsley before serving.

Notes

For a spicier version, add red pepper flakes to the sauce. This dish pairs well with garlic bread.
