Creamy Garlic Butter Lobster Tails

Description

A luxurious seafood dish featuring succulent lobster tails cooked in a rich, creamy garlic butter sauce.


Ingredients

  • 4 lobster tails, about 6 ounces each
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish
  • Lemon wedges for serving

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425ยฐF (220ยฐC).
  2. Using kitchen shears, cut the top shell of each lobster tail lengthwise down the center, stopping at the tail fin.
  3. Gently pull the meat out of the shell, keeping it attached at the base, and place it on top of the shell.
  4. In a small saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat.
  5. Add the minced garlic and cook for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  6. Stir in the heavy cream, paprika, salt, and pepper. Simmer for 2-3 minutes until the sauce thickens slightly.
  7. Place the lobster tails on a baking sheet and brush generously with the garlic butter sauce.
  8. Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the lobster meat is opaque and reaches 140ยฐF internally.
  9. Remove from the oven and drizzle with any remaining sauce.
  10. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve with lemon wedges.

Notes

For the best flavor, use fresh lobster tails. Pair with a crisp white wine.
