- 1 pound boneless chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Cook the fettuccine pasta according to package instructions until al dente; drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat.
- Add the chicken bites to the skillet and season with salt and pepper; cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
- Add the minced garlic to the skillet and sautΓ© for 1 minute until fragrant.
- Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
- Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese until the sauce is creamy and thickened.
- Add the cooked pasta to the skillet and toss to coat evenly with the sauce.
- Garnish with fresh parsley and serve immediately.
Notes
For a lighter version, substitute half-and-half for heavy cream. Ensure chicken is fully cooked to an internal temperature of 165Β°F.
