Description

Ingredients

  • 8 ounces fettuccine pasta
  • 1 pound boneless chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook the fettuccine pasta according to package instructions until al dente; drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat.
  3. Add the chicken bites to the skillet and season with salt and pepper; cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
  4. Add the minced garlic to the skillet and sautΓ© for 1 minute until fragrant.
  5. Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
  6. Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese until the sauce is creamy and thickened.
  7. Add the cooked pasta to the skillet and toss to coat evenly with the sauce.
  8. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve immediately.

Notes

For a lighter version, substitute half-and-half for heavy cream. Ensure chicken is fully cooked to an internal temperature of 165Β°F.
