- 8 oz elbow macaroni
- 1 lb chicken breast, cubed
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- Boil the macaroni according to package instructions and drain.
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and cook the chicken cubes until browned.
- Add honey and black pepper to the chicken and stir until coated and caramelized.
- In a separate pot, heat heavy cream and stir in shredded cheddar cheese until melted and smooth.
- Combine the cooked macaroni, chicken mixture, and cheese sauce in a large bowl.
- Mix well and serve hot.
Notes
For a spicier version, add more black pepper or red pepper flakes.
