Description

A creamy and flavorful mac and cheese dish enhanced with honey-glazed pepper chicken.


Ingredients

  • 8 oz elbow macaroni
  • 1 lb chicken breast, cubed
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Boil the macaroni according to package instructions and drain.
  2. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and cook the chicken cubes until browned.
  3. Add honey and black pepper to the chicken and stir until coated and caramelized.
  4. In a separate pot, heat heavy cream and stir in shredded cheddar cheese until melted and smooth.
  5. Combine the cooked macaroni, chicken mixture, and cheese sauce in a large bowl.
  6. Mix well and serve hot.

Notes

For a spicier version, add more black pepper or red pepper flakes.
