Description

A creamy tropical treat made with ripe mangoes and sago pearls for a refreshing dessert.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup sago pearls
  • 2 ripe mangoes, peeled and pureed
  • 1 cup coconut milk
  • 1/2 cup evaporated milk
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • Ice cubes for chilling

Instructions

  1. Boil sago pearls in water for 15 minutes until translucent, then drain and rinse under cold water.
  2. In a bowl, mix the mango puree with coconut milk, evaporated milk, and sugar until well combined.
  3. Add the cooked sago pearls to the mango mixture and stir gently.
  4. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving.
  5. Serve in bowls with ice cubes for a refreshing touch.

Notes

For the best texture, use fresh ripe mangoes and serve immediately after chilling.
