- 1 cup sago pearls
- 2 ripe mangoes, peeled and pureed
- 1 cup coconut milk
- 1/2 cup evaporated milk
- 1/4 cup sugar
- Ice cubes for chilling
Instructions
- Boil sago pearls in water for 15 minutes until translucent, then drain and rinse under cold water.
- In a bowl, mix the mango puree with coconut milk, evaporated milk, and sugar until well combined.
- Add the cooked sago pearls to the mango mixture and stir gently.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving.
- Serve in bowls with ice cubes for a refreshing touch.
Notes
For the best texture, use fresh ripe mangoes and serve immediately after chilling.
