- 2 chicken breasts, boneless and skinless
- 1/4 cup peri peri sauce
- 1 cup basmati rice
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Fresh cilantro for garnish
Instructions
- Marinate the chicken breasts in peri peri sauce for 30 minutes.
- In a pan, heat olive oil and sautΓ© onions and garlic until golden.
- Add the marinated chicken and cook until browned on both sides.
- Pour in the heavy cream and simmer for 10 minutes.
- In a separate pot, cook the basmati rice according to package instructions.
- Serve the creamy chicken over the rice and garnish with fresh cilantro.
