A spicy and creamy chicken dish marinated in peri peri sauce and served with flavorful rice.


Ingredients

  • 2 chicken breasts, boneless and skinless
  • 1/4 cup peri peri sauce
  • 1 cup basmati rice
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • Salt to taste
  • Black pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Fresh cilantro for garnish

Instructions

  1. Marinate the chicken breasts in peri peri sauce for 30 minutes.
  2. In a pan, heat olive oil and sautΓ© onions and garlic until golden.
  3. Add the marinated chicken and cook until browned on both sides.
  4. Pour in the heavy cream and simmer for 10 minutes.
  5. In a separate pot, cook the basmati rice according to package instructions.
  6. Serve the creamy chicken over the rice and garnish with fresh cilantro.
