Instructions
- Step 1: Preheat your oven to 350Β°F (175Β°C) and grease a 9-inch springform pan.
- Step 2: In a bowl, mix the graham cracker crumbs and melted butter until combined. Press the mixture into the bottom of the pan to form the crust.
- Step 3: Bake the crust for 10 minutes, then let it cool.
- Step 4: In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth. Add powdered sugar and vanilla extract, mixing well.
- Step 5: Fold in the crushed pineapple and whipped cream until fully incorporated.
- Step 6: Pour the filling over the cooled crust and smooth the top.
- Step 7: Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until set.
- Step 8: Serve chilled, garnished with extra pineapple if desired.
