Description

Delicious red velvet truffles made with cream cheese and chocolate crumbs, perfect for desserts.


Ingredients

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 2 cups red velvet cake crumbs
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips, melted
  • Red food coloring, as needed
  • Sprinkles for decoration

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix cream cheese and red velvet cake crumbs until well combined.
  2. Add red food coloring to achieve desired color and mix thoroughly.
  3. Roll the mixture into small balls and place on a baking sheet.
  4. Dip each ball into melted white chocolate and decorate with sprinkles.
  5. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes until firm.
