- 2 cups chicken broth
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup sliced mushrooms
- 1 onion, sliced
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375Β°F (190Β°C).
- Season the chicken breasts with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
- Dredge the chicken in flour, shaking off any excess.
- In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat and brown the chicken on both sides, about 3-4 minutes per side.
