Description

Ingredients

  • 1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon cumin
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh cilantro for garnish

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add chopped onion and garlic, sauté until softened.
  3. Add shrimp and cook until pink, about 3-4 minutes.
  4. Stir in heavy cream, chili powder, cumin, salt, and pepper.
  5. Simmer for 5 minutes until sauce thickens.
  6. Garnish with fresh cilantro and serve hot.

Notes
